Gracie's 1st Sleepover

Gracie had her first official sleepover company earlier in December. We've had people spend the night, but no one that wasn't visiting all of us. Anyway, they had a blast. It was her very best friend Kiersten whom she has known since birth. They are great friends and love one another a lot. They colored, made puppets, and ran from Katherine as she desperately tried to keep up with them. I thought I would hear a lot more playing coming from her room after "lights out", but they did great. They were up nice and early and we had muffins for breakfast. Kiersten had a Christmas party to go to so she had to leave a little early, but Gracie got to go spend the afternoon with her while I did a little Christmas shopping.
Don't they grow up way too fast? When did your kids have/go to their first sleepover?

WOW! I'm overwhelmed with all your updates but enjoyed reading them all!! Looks like a great shower you had for Ashley and Wendy. I'm very impressed with the handmade invitations.

Jason is adorable and I'm glad to know that he got to come home!!

Jack still hasn't had a sleepover yet of course. I'm looking forward to his friends coming to my house, but not so much him going to theirs. Not that I mind my child staying away (I've always loved for him to stay with grandparents although that is getting harder for me rather than easier so it's weird) but they just seem so grown up when they start having sleepovers! SAD!

Funny, funny pics of the girls eating their feet, but whatever it takes to stay happy!

Finally, Dollywood looks fun and COLD!

Thanks for updating!

Julya has stayed over at one of my friends houses once that has 2 girls...they are actually quite a bit older than Julya...but she thought of it as a sleepover :) Her daddy and his best friend decided to have one big sleepover....his friend has 3 kids the same ages as our kids...so 2 dads and 6 kiddos....all had one big happy sleepover! The moms were away having a girls weekend...and thought they were insane! Gracie and Kiersten are getting sooo big! Sad that I get more updates about Kiersten through you than Heather--stinker!

Gracie's friend and her look alot alike. Yes I am struggling with the fact that Anna will be 5 in March. I am glad Gracie had a good time with her friend and didn't give you a hard time.
Jason is so cute and I am glad he is doing well. You will have to let us know when Wendy has Madison and keep bugging her to start a blog. I enjoyed looking at he pictures and it looks like you done a real good job with the baby shower. I am sure it wasn't easy planning for a boy and a girl at the same time! Dollywood looks like so much fun. We didn't have time to go there while we were in T.N. I Love the pic of Gracie helping Katherine to get her toe in her mouth. Too cute.

I am glad you are finally getting us caught up on everything!! LOL I am glad to hear Jason is home and doing good. The baby shower looks great, you did a fantastic job, especially considering you had to do everything long distance and put it together in such a short time while you were home!! You definitely need to keep bugging Wendy to get a blog so we can see Madison when she arrives!! Gracie and Katherine are just as beautiful as ever and growing so fast! Gracie and Kierston do look a lot a like, I know she had tons of fun with her staying over!! I can't wait to see all of you soon, we have to plan a weekend together! Keep the blog updated, I enjoy reading all your posts!!
